Requests are handled directly by Healthy Touch.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"privacy-data\">\n<h2>2. Scope and sources of data<\/h2>\n<p>Depending on how you use the website and services, we may process:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>order and billing data:<\/strong> name, company, address, country, email, phone, cart contents, order value and status, delivery and payment method, transaction identifier, notes and communication history;<\/li>\n<li><strong>voucher data:<\/strong> selected service or value, duration, format, Voucher number and \u2014 where provided \u2014 the recipient&#8217;s name;<\/li>\n<li><strong>technical data:<\/strong> IP address, cookie and similar identifiers, device and browser type, approximate IP-based location, pages visited, referral source, time and website events;<\/li>\n<li><strong>contact data:<\/strong> message contents, email, phone and other information voluntarily supplied in an enquiry or complaint;<\/li>\n<li><strong>newsletter data:<\/strong> email address, date and source of consent, and information required to demonstrate that consent was given or withdrawn;<\/li>\n<li><strong>appointment data:<\/strong> date, selected service and organisational information; where necessary to perform a treatment safely and with the person&#8217;s explicit consent, the Studio may process limited information concerning contraindications or health.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We receive data primarily from the data subject. A Voucher recipient&#8217;s details may be provided by the purchaser. The purchaser should inform that person about this Policy and provide only the data needed to prepare the Voucher.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"privacy-purposes\">\n<h2>3. Przelewy24 payments<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>When Przelewy24 is selected, information required to initiate and settle the transaction \u2014 in particular order number and value, currency, description, email and details required by the operator \u2014 is provided to <strong>PayPro S.A.<\/strong>, Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Pozna\u0144, Poland, KRS 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, REGON 301345068.<\/li>\n<li>PayPro S.A. processes data as a payment service provider and an independent controller to the extent required by payment services, security and anti-fraud laws. PayPro&#8217;s detailed information is made available in the Przelewy24 service during payment.<\/li>\n<li>Healthy Touch receives the payment status and transaction identifier and the information needed to match the payment to the order. We do not receive the full card number, security code or online banking credentials.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"privacy-recipients\">\n<h2>5. Who may receive the data<\/h2>\n<p>We disclose data only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose. Recipients or processors may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PayPro S.A. \/ Przelewy24, banks and other payment providers selected by the Customer;<\/li>\n<li>the dhosting.pl hosting provider, email and server maintenance providers;<\/li>\n<li>IT, website support, backup, security and store software providers;<\/li>\n<li>a carrier or postal operator when a printed Voucher is shipped;<\/li>\n<li>accountants, legal advisers, insurers and authorised public authorities where there is a legal basis;<\/li>\n<li>analytics and marketing tool providers, including Google, only to the extent resulting from cookie consent;<\/li>\n<li>the newsletter and cookie consent tool providers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Service providers acting on our behalf are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations. We do not sell personal data.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"privacy-transfers\">\n<h2>6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Some technology providers, in particular Google, may also process data outside the European Economic Area.<\/li>\n<li>Where this occurs, a transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR is used, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary safeguards. Information on the relevant mechanism is available in the provider&#8217;s policy or from the Controller upon request.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"privacy-rights\">\n<h2>7. Data subject rights<\/h2>\n<p>Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you have the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>access your data and receive a copy;<\/li>\n<li>rectify inaccurate data;<\/li>\n<li>request erasure or restriction of processing;<\/li>\n<li>data portability where data is processed automatically on the basis of consent or contract;<\/li>\n<li>object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation, and object unconditionally to direct marketing;<\/li>\n<li>withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;<\/li>\n<li>lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), Stanis\u0142awa Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warsaw, Poland, <a href=\"https:\/\/uodo.gov.pl\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">uodo.gov.pl<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A request may be sent using the contact details in section 1. We may ask for additional information only where necessary to confirm identity and protect the data from disclosure to an unauthorised person.<\/p>\n<p>Providing the data required at checkout is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform the contract. If required data is not provided, the order cannot be placed or fulfilled. Newsletter subscription and consent to optional cookies are voluntary and are not a condition of purchase.<\/p>\n<p>We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means, including profiling.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"privacy-cookies-en\">\n<h2>8. Cookies and similar technologies<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Cookies are small pieces of information stored on a user&#8217;s device. The website may also use similar technologies such as local storage or measurement tags.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Necessary cookies<\/strong> enable the website, security, cart, session, language and consent choices. They are used only to provide the requested service and do not require consent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Functional cookies<\/strong> remember additional preferences. <strong>Analytics cookies<\/strong> help measure visits and behaviour. <strong>Marketing cookies<\/strong> may measure campaigns and tailor communications. These categories are enabled in accordance with the user&#8217;s choice.<\/li>\n<li>On the first visit, the CookieYes panel allows optional categories to be accepted, rejected or customised. Consent can be changed at any time using <strong>\u201cZmie\u0144 zgody \/ Change consent\u201d<\/strong> in the footer.<\/li>\n<li>The current list of cookies, providers, purposes and durations is available in the consent panel details. Browser settings can also remove or block cookies, but disabling necessary cookies may prevent the cart or checkout from working.<\/li>\n<li>Google Consent Mode sends denied signals for analytics and advertising by default and updates them only after the choice made in the consent panel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"privacy-external\">\n<h2>9. Google, Booksy, newsletter and external services<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The website uses Google Tag Manager to manage tags. Analytics or advertising tools launched through it operate in accordance with the cookie choice. Google Ireland Limited is generally the provider of Google services in the EEA.<\/li>\n<li>Booksy links and widgets lead to an external booking system. After moving to Booksy, data is processed under that service operator&#8217;s privacy rules. Healthy Touch then receives booking data to the extent needed to perform the service.<\/li>\n<li>The newsletter is sent only after voluntary subscription and the required consent. Each message should allow an unsubscribe; you may also contact the Controller.<\/li>\n<li>The website contains links to social media and other websites. Displaying a normal link does not itself disclose data to them; after clicking it, the user is subject to the external service&#8217;s privacy rules.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"privacy-security\">\n<h2>10. Security and Policy changes<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>We use organisational and technical measures appropriate to risk, including HTTPS encryption, access controls, backups, updates and data minimisation. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.<\/li>\n<li>This Policy may be updated when law, providers, website features or processing change.
