We prepare it manually after payment confirmation and send it by email or arrange collection or shipping.

How long is the voucher valid?

The voucher must be used within 3 months of purchase. If an unforeseen situation arises, please contact the studio before the expiry date so we can discuss the available options.

Can the recipient change the service?

Yes. The service can be exchanged for another treatment of the same value, or the voucher value can be applied to a different visit. The recipient may pay the difference for a more expensive service; unused value is not refunded.

How do I book an appointment with a voucher?

Book the appointment in advance by phone or email. Bring the printed voucher or show the electronic version during the visit.

What if the appointment needs to be changed?

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Under the current rules, a visit paid for with a voucher can be rescheduled once.

When will the voucher be prepared?

A studio team member prepares every voucher manually after the payment is confirmed. The electronic version is sent to the email address entered with the order.

Can a printed voucher be collected or shipped?

Yes. Choose free collection at Healthy Touch, Hetmańska 4/12 in Rzeszów, or paid shipping for PLN 20 during checkout.
