Ordering an electronic gift voucher from us is simple and convenient!
Contact us by phone or email, and we will provide you with the necessary information for payment via bank transfer or BLIK. Upon confirmation of payment, we will email you the electronic version of the voucher, which you can print or send as a photo to the recipient.

Voucher Redemption Guidelines:
Validity of the Voucher: Check the expiration date of the voucher before using the services. The gift voucher must be used before the specified date. Our vouchers are valid for 3 months.
Reservation of the Appointment: To use the voucher, a prior appointment is required. Contact us by phone or email to arrange a convenient time.
Selected Service or Amount: Schedule an appointment for the service specified on the voucher. If this service does not meet your expectations, we can exchange it for another of the same value or choose a service equivalent to the voucher’s value. Please note that we do not refund costs. You also have the option to pay the difference to avail a higher-value service.
Presentation of the Voucher: Come for the scheduled appointment and present the voucher. Ensure that the voucher is in paper or electronic form.
Additional Services: If you plan to use additional services beyond the voucher scope, inform us before scheduling the appointment. Additional services are billed separately.
Validity After Expiry: Unfortunately, we cannot redeem the voucher if it has expired. In unforeseen circumstances, such as health issues or sudden trips, contact us to discuss possible options for extending the validity or alternative arrangements.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you cannot make the scheduled appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. In such a situation, we can reschedule the visit once.
Purchasing Guidelines for Electronic Gift Voucher:
Contact for Service or Value Selection: Please contact us by phone or email to determine the type of service or voucher value.
Bank Transfer: After choosing the type of service or value, please make a bank transfer to the following details:

In the transfer title, please write: “Massage Voucher” and the last name of the person placing the order.
Confirmation of Transfer: After making the transfer, please send the confirmation to the email address yanahtrz@gmail.com. Also, provide the first and last name of the person (or persons) for whom the voucher is intended.
Sending the Voucher: Upon receipt of the transfer confirmation, you will receive the electronic gift voucher and a copy of the receipt.
Validity Period: The voucher is valid for 3 months.
