Diagnostic Visit + Therapeutic (Medical) Massage

Therapy – Service for Individuals with Existing Pain Symptoms (muscle pain, joint pain, back pain, headaches, and other issues affecting daily functioning)

This service is designed for individuals already experiencing pain symptoms such as muscle pain, joint pain, back pain, headaches, and other issues affecting daily functioning. Following a detailed consultation, I will apply techniques tailored to address specific problems. The massage will have a therapeutic (or potentially sports) character, incorporating deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Chinese cupping therapy, and/or vacuum cupping therapy.

It is recommended to undergo therapy in a series of 3-10 sessions for optimal results. To enhance the effects, additional treatments such as laser point therapy and kinesiotaping can also be considered.
